1999 After becoming a realtor in 1999 and working for a large brokerage, Charley Roemhild, of Greenfield, MN searched for a better way of practicing real estate where he could provide world class service and yet charge less than most other brokerages. He wanted to strike out on his own. With his Law Enforcement background and niche market established, it was obvious that his new company should be named "Blue Line Realty", a company that services those in public safety.
Charley started with the idea of not wanting to be the biggest around, but wanting to be the best by offering fair commissions and exceptional services. Charley wanted to create a referral business where clients become such fans of "Charley the Realtor" that they couldn't help but tell their friends, family and co workers about their great real estate experience with him. - (See Departments Served) and (Read client testimonies).
2004 After five years in real estate, Charley realized his goal and opened Blue Line Realty in 2004, serving a tight knit group of clients in public safety & public service (himself a former officer). Blue Line Realty was started with the platform of Full Service for Less and was a brokerage that offered quicker & more flexible service options and support for its clients.
Charley understood that sellers and buyers only had so much time to devote to their real estate goals so, using the latest technology, Blue LIne Realty became a convenient "ONE STOP" shop offering Buyers' Services, Sellers' Services, Staging Services, Building/Remodeling Services, Closing Services, Landscaping Services and over 48 other service categories, too! 2006 In January 2006, Blue Line Realty expanded services to include assistance for Sellers offering a Full, Unique "Ala Cart" Menu of services.
2007 In January 2007, a new chapter in Blue Line was established - Blue Line Mortgage Services. Blue Line Realty, in association with our Preferred Mortgage Providers, joined forces to offer our clients the best mortgage options on the market. (See Blue Line Mortgage Services)
2008. In February of 2008 Blue Line Realty becomes combines the best of the internet and hard work and does away with 5% Commissions. All listings are taken at just $995. When the property sells, the seller will then owe just the buyers agent commission of 2.7%.
We know there is no agency that can match our services at just $995. As the market takes a downturn and equity is fading Blue Line Realty steps up to the plate and ends high real estate commissions becoming an industry leader and innovator!
Blue Line Realty is a "One Stop Shop at a Discount" and combines the approach of being globally responsible and locally conscientious while catering to those who serve - Police, Fire, 911, EMS, Military and those who respect them. (See Blue Line Realty Gives Back) .
