1999 After becoming a realtor in 1999 and working for a large brokerage, Charley Roemhild, of Rockford, MN searched for a better way of helping people where he could provide world class service that was cost effective. He wanted to strike out on his own. With his Law Enforcement background and niche market established, it was obvious that his business should service those in public safety and those who care for them. (Charley is also a Police Officer for Hector MN PD & Buffalo Lake MN PD).
Charley started with the idea of not wanting to be the biggest around, but wanting to be the best by offering fair commissions and exceptional services. Charley wanted to create a referral business where clients become such fans of "Charley the Realtor" that they couldn't help but tell their friends, family and co workers about their great real estate experience with him. - (See Departments Served) and (Read client testimonies).
2004 After five years in real estate, Charley realized his goal and opened Blue Line Realty in 2004, serving a tight knit group of clients in public safety & public service. Blue Line Realty was started with the platform of Full Service for Less and was a brokerage that offered quicker & more flexible service options and support for its clients. Charley understood that sellers and buyers had only so much time to devote to their real estate goals. Using the latest technology, Blue LIne Realty became a convenient "ONE STOP" real estate shop.
2006 In January 2006, Blue Line Realty expanded services to include assistance for Sellers offering a Full Menu of services.
2007 In January 2007, a new chapter in Blue Line was established - Blue Line Mortgage Services. Blue Line Realty, in association with our Preferred Mortgage Providers, joined forces to offer our clients the best mortgage options on the market. (See Blue Line Mortgage Services)
2008 In February of 2008 Blue Line Realty combines the best of the internet and hard work and does away with high commissions. All listings are taken at a low flat fee. When the property sells, the seller then owes just the buyers agent commission of 2.7%.
2009 In January of 2009 Charley adds the social network Facebook to the full services he provides his clients. Charley does it again and gives excellent services at a fair price.
As the market takes a downturn and equity is fading Blue Line Realty steps up to the plate and ends high real estate commissions becoming an industry leader and innovator
